Harbour View has been front and centre of Staithes for almost 300 years and you can step right of the door and on to the beach! With two doubles plus a single bedroom Harbour View is perfect for singles, couples or smaller family looking to enjoy that perfect Staithes holiday. With underfloor heating and an open fire on the ground floor the cottage is a cosy seaside retreat throughout the year.

We just love waking up to the sounds of the sea and the locals preparing their boats. The cottage is clean and cosy.

PJ, June 2024 – absolute perfection! Nothing was too much trouble and any query is answered and dealt with immediately. The positioning of the cottage is astounding and the downstairs bathroom and shower is a God send. All I can say after staying in over 30 cottages in Staithes is that you won’t find any better!
The ground floor of the cottage is open plan with kitchen/dining/living room with tiled floor and underfloor heating plus the open fire. The well equipped kitchen has an electric oven, hob, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave and washer/dryer. To the rear of the ground floor is the shower room with walk in shower, WC, sink and heated towel rail.
Upstairs you will find two double bedrooms with harbour views plus the single bedroom at the back of the cottage. All the bedrooms have thermostatically controlled electric heating. The house bathroom has a slipper style bath/hand held shower, sink and WC and heated towel rail.
To the front of Harbour View there is a gated yard area with bench from which to enjoy the amazing view of Staithes harbour.
Underfloor heating on the ground floor and thermostatically controlled heaters throughout. Pressurised hot water for the perfect bath or shower. Parking is available for unloading directly outside Harbour View. The cottage is right on the harbour front with a short walk to the village pubs/restaurants, shops and local visitor attractions. There is short term parking (40 mins only) on the High Street and we provide a parking permit (subject to T&Cs) for the NYC section of Staithes Bank Top car park which is a 10 minutes’ walk from the cottage. As with all old cottages the internal staircase is steep and may not be suitable for people with mobility issues.
