We are a husband and wife team who, after many years working for Marks and Spencer PLC in sales, marketing and project management areas, have spent the last 7 years developing and growing our successful holiday property management and promotion business in Staithes. Our first cottage opened for business back in 2004 and we now offer a comprehensive, but personal service to guests and cottage owners in 12 Staithes Cottages. We have many regular visitors some of whom Stay in Staithes for their holidays four times a year!

- One dog accepted at each property for a small additional fee.
- Payment by cheque or internet transfer – sorry we cannot accept debit/credit payments.

What do Our Rental Prices Include?
- All bed linen and towels.
- Utility bills and an initial supply of fuel (November to March inclusive) where a fire or log burning stove is available.
- Provision of one car park permit for Staithes Bank Top Car Park for use when parking charges apply - March to October inclusive.
